Owner and history

The vineyard sits at an altitude of around 400 meters. This location ensures a significant temperature difference between day and night, which imparts freshness to the wines. The influence of the sea, the mistral wind, and the garrigue scrubland contributes considerable character to the wines. The vineyard is cultivated organically!

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand! The wines are then sorted twice and destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place over 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French demi-muids (600-liter barrels).
