    La Dame Brune is made from a selection of vines averaging 45 years old, grown on the steep terraces of Saint-Joseph. The entire vineyard is cultivated organically and by hand.

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Winemaking in stainless steel tanks
    - Aged for 18 months in barrels (40% new)
