Their passion for winemaking and their respect for the vineyard result in wines of exceptional quality, which captivate wine lovers worldwide.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Dominus Estate is carried out with meticulous care. The grapes are harvested by hand and rigorously sorted. After fermentation in tanks, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, some of which are new, imparting a subtle touch of wood without masking the fruit expression. Aging lasts approximately 18 months, allowing the wine to refine and develop its aromatic complexity while harmoniously integrating the tannins.
