Vinification and aging

The winemaking process of Moscato d'Asti Massolino The wine is made with the utmost care to preserve the freshness and delicate aromas of the grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, and the must is then chilled to prevent fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation is then initiated in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to preserve the varietal aromas. Fermentation is stopped by chilling to retain some of the grapes' natural sugars, giving the wine its characteristic sweetness. The wine is then bottled, where it acquires its fine effervescence.
