Under the direction of brothers Patrick and Christophe Bonnefond, and joined by Léa, Christophe's daughter, since 2019, the domaine extends over 10 hectares of carefully cultivated vineyards.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking at domaine P & C Bonnefond reflects an artisanal and respectful approach to the fruit. The grapes, carefully hand-selected, are destemmed before being placed in vats for a slow and controlled fermentation. Long macerations allow for the extraction of the full aromatic and tannic richness of the fruit. Aging takes place in oak barrels, some of which are new, to impart subtle notes of vanilla and spice without masking the wine's identity.
