Owner and history

The vineyard is located on the small mountain of Reims, it is divided into 35 plots on the terroirs of Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes la Montagne classified Premier cru. The vines are on average 35 years old and are planted on soil of siliceous sands, silts and calcareous clays.

Vinification and aging

First fermentation in stainless steel tanks (85%) and oak barrels (15%)
Malolactic fermentation
The wine is aged on its fine lees for 8 months before bottling.
The dosage is 3 to 4 g/L
