Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Troplong Mondot is a meticulous process that begins with the hand-harvesting of the grapes, ensuring their integrity. After careful destemming, the berries are placed in vats for temperature-controlled fermentation. Aging takes place in oak barrels, 30% of which are new, for approximately 12 months.
