Vinification and aging

Eisele Vineyard Syrah is made using a minimalist approach to preserve the integrity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously sorted. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats using indigenous yeasts. Aging occurs in French oak barrels for an extended period to refine the tannins and develop the wine's aromatic complexity. The wine is neither filtered nor fined before bottling to preserve its richness and texture.
