Vinification and aging

The Barolo Vignarionda is made using traditional methods, with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After extended maceration, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 24 to 30 months. This aging process allows the oak aromas to integrate harmoniously while preserving the purity of the fruit. Bottling is done unfiltered to retain all its aromatic richness. This meticulous process, combined with cellar aging, results in a wine that is both powerful and elegant, ready to reveal its full potential over the years.
