    Vinification and aging

    Alión's winemaking is carried out with meticulous attention to detail, respecting tradition while utilizing modern technologies. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by extended maceration to extract aromas and tannins.
