    Owner and history

The vineyard is planted on the top of the Günzian gravelly slopes (sand and gravel). This third-growth classified Margaux wine uses a biodynamic approach. The result is very interesting: great diversity and a distinct personality for each plot.

    Vinification and aging

For the 2014 vintage, no sulfites were added during harvest. This allowed the full aromatic complexity of the grapes to express itself. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging lasts 18 to 21 months, with 50 to 60% new oak barrels.

    The team's opinion
