They are committed to preserving the quality and authenticity of their wines, respecting traditions and adopting sustainable farming practices. Their philosophy is to allow the terroir to fully express itself in each bottle, in order to offer exceptional wines that reflect the richness and diversity of Burgundy.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Chandon de Briailles is crafted with the utmost care, respecting Burgundian traditions. The grapes are harvested by hand and rigorously sorted. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats using indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, allowing it to refine and develop its aromatic complexity. Finally, the wine is bottled without fining or filtration to preserve its authenticity and unique character.
