Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Fuissé is a true art. The grapes, harvested by hand, are gently pressed to extract the very best. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks and, for a portion, in oak barrels, allowing the development of subtle aromas while preserving the freshness of the Chardonnay. Aging lasts approximately 12 months, with regular stirring of the lees to enrich the wine.
