Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Benjamin Leroux is a meticulous process. The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully sorted to retain only the very best. After partial destemming, fermentation takes place in wooden vats, promoting a gentle extraction of tannins. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, imparting a subtle oak influence while respecting the expression of the fruit. This winemaking process, combined with a philosophy of non-intervention, allows for the creation of authentic wines, true to their terroir.
