Winemaking at Château Margaux It is a refined art. The grapes are harvested by hand, then meticulously sorted to retain only the finest fruit. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats, ensuring a delicate extraction of tannins and aromas. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 18 months. This process refines the wine, enriches its aromatic profile, and ensures a harmonious integration of the oak.
