Owner and history

Founded in 1954 by the marriage of Edmond Geantet and Bernadette Pansiot, the domaine It started with just 3 hectares. Under the impetus of their son Vincent Geantet (who arrived in 1977) and then his son Fabien (who works at domaine (since he was 12 years old and officially joined in 2006), the vineyard has expanded considerably. It now comprises approximately 13 to 22 hectares (depending on the operating contracts) spread across the finest terroirs of the Côte de Nuits.

Vinification and aging

THE climat "Les Feusselottes" is located in the heart of the village of Chambolle, in a slight hollow (a "fosse," hence its name) on soils of fractured limestone. It is one of the most appealing Premier Cru vineyards in the appellation, often producing wines that are softer and more approachable than its more austere neighbors.
