Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Leroy is a delicate process, respecting Burgundian traditions while incorporating modern techniques. The hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle pressing to preserve their integrity. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts, promoting the expression of the terroir. Aging, lasting 12 to 18 months, allows the wine to develop its complexity while subtly integrating oak notes. No sulfur is added, in order to preserve the purity and typicity of the Chardonnay. Each step is carried out with extreme care, reflecting the commitment of the domaine towards excellence.
