The color of this Chablis Grand Cru It is a brilliant pale yellow, illuminated by golden highlights. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit mingle with mineral notes typical of its terroir. The Bougros vineyard, classified Grand Cru, is situated on clay-limestone soils, ideal for the flourishing of Chardonnay. The vines, several decades old, plunge their roots into this unique terroir, where the influence of the climat The continental climate gives the grapes optimal ripeness. The south-southeast exposure of the slopes allows for perfect sun exposure, guaranteeing a beautiful concentration of aromas.

This 12.62-hectare appellation is located at the westernmost point of the Côte des Grands Crus. The very steep slope, with gradients exceeding 30%, gives the Bougros terroir a south-facing exposure at the foot of the hillside, maximizing sunlight. 2024 is a pivotal year for the Domaine William Fèvre, which has now come under the wing of Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), while retaining the technical direction of Didier Séguier, the guarantor of the house's refined and pure style. The current owners share a common passion for the terroir and quality, committed to producing wines that reflect the authenticity of Chablis. Vinification and aging

The Bougros "Côte Bouguerots" 2024 is made according to time-honored traditions. After a meticulous hand-harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed to extract the very best. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the Chardonnay, followed by aging on fine lees, which adds complexity and roundness.
